About the event
Judy Stark has dedicated more than 45 years to the oil and gas industry, serving in leadership, operational, and advocacy roles. She was President of the Panhandle Producers & Royalty Owners Association from 2014 to 2024 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Consultant for SNW Operating Company.
Throughout her career, Judy has worked closely with industry leaders, regulators, and policymakers and has served on numerous state and national energy committees. In January 2026, she was appointed to the State of Texas Oilfield Theft Task Force by Texas Railroad Commission Chairman Jim Wright.
Following her presentation, Judy will hold a Q&A session, so please bring your questions.
